I don't mind plastic surgery.  It helps fix the ugly bits and imperfections.  I'd do it if I had the money.

I used to long for breast implants. Fortunately I was young and broke! laugh

Small breasts are beautiful, I want to get mine smaller  So cool I can barely stand it!

Nothing wrong with the natural ones you posted awhile back.

Mine gave me such angst in my early teens, as I could see they were done growing and would never be the magnificent mantraps I wanted. poor sad lickle emo soph

Mine gave me angst of a different sort in my early teens  Tongue  Lack of pretty and cheap bras, few stretchmarks, inability to run plus attention from just old men (although I have to admit, I liked the last one sometimes) does not make a happy teenager.

Were they really done growing in your early teens, or are they the magnificent mantraps you wanted now?

They really were done (I think), but since I gained so much weight in my high school years, I'm not sure how much of the enlargement will remain after I lose weight. Either way, they will only ever be modest in size. Undecided

I guess we all want to change something. I am physically comfortable with mine, even though I know they're not impressive to the menfolk! laugh

I just can't imagine having surgery for something that wasn't life threatening. On the flipside, I would hate to have an imperfection that bothered me enough and affected my self esteem so much as to yearn to change it. So in that way, I think those feelings must be so strong, that someone would go as far as surgery to change it, so I understand even though I've not had those feelings personally myself.

*sigh* I was absolutely convinced, at that age (21), that NO man would EVER want me unless I were busty. poor sad lickle emo soph

I had a really difficult time with that too.  I think that's why I postponed getting ankle surgery as long as I did, and I was still dithering about it up until the last minute.  I'm glad I did it now even though my ankle isn't perfect yet.   I did not have the same angst about the appendectomy, because it was life threatening and so my choice was very clear.
