It would be good if we could vary the night slightly every so often, though, depending on when people believed they would be free.  Like every week at the start of the week hold a poll to run for a couple of days, and then the winning day is when it is held?  Porbably too complicated.  :(

whats the difference between posting in a chatroom or a messageboard? chatrooms are just faster. i've seen nothing on these forums that would own a hair on on my head let alone in a chatroom

I think varying the night would work well, but think that perhaps people requesting certain nights might work better than a voting system- a vote could mean that there are some interested members who can never make it to chat because they get constantly out voted on the day.
