You can change the colors here I just always use the default.  I feel here is more true to the way we act,  being socially inept and screwing up is easily forgiven, there just acting the way you are can get you banned :-\

The place is meant to be a support site, but generally didn't seem supportive of alot of members who tried to point out a few home truths to those that may have needed it. Several of us have been banned from there, simply because the mods there became too authoritarian and stuck-up. Alex may or may not have known what they were up to, but still they were allowed to do whatever they wanted. I suggest if you really want to go there, then try and have a word to Alex. If you can't get any luck, then you are quite welcome to stay here.

You make a lot of good points and reminds me why it didn't work out for me and why I don't want to be there. I will try the color change thing if I can find it.  :)

At least half the people on the site didn't really seem like they have AS or autism. It was hard to all the time be reprimanded for having AS on an AS site. It's Alex's fault, the way he wants things run, so good for him, whatever. I wasn't wanted there because I have child abuse in my background to go with my incredible social ineptitude. That's what it seemed like to me, anyway. The main mods are major control freaks. Maku acted more like a stalker and stressed me out 'til I got myself banned because of it. He's a sexist pig, hates women and admitted it himself. Lau is another fuck wad.

It's pretty bad when those without a diagnosis, like Maku, can boot out those like myself who do have a diagnosis. I don't think it was him though. I think it was Lau. It's a wonder why Alex has so many mods without a diagnosis or 'self diagnosis' to run the show. That's his choice for whatever reason, but it's damn stupid.
