A sterling silver ear ring in amongst the junk from the condo just 1.3 grams threw it in with the others

Hmm...it's a bag we found setting on top of the can. Shall we open it?

That I had $103.16 in accumulated change and found money, which went into the bank.

Nice find!!

I still have an old Nikon EM.  BTW, it is a significant find, because this model was one of the Very First ever "Auto-Exposure" cameras ever made.

I find a beautiful old film camera in our Recycle Bin every week*, but I am not allowed to take them.

I would LOVE to collect them, but we can not.

I also have an FM2, F4S, FA, F1 F2, bellows, F3M, 800mm mirror lens and a buttload of other lenses for these cameras.

They have "no value,"  except to me.

 :violin:

EDIT:

* I mean the Recycle Bin at work.  We are not allowed to take things out of it.

I love the Nikon. Wish I'd come across one. :(

I wanted a Nikon F for years. Never could afford one.

My dad always wanted one also  :(...but he ended up buying a Minolta.

Had all the toys for it and took it everywhere, he took tons of pictures.

He had a camera bag almost exactly like that. So as soon as I spotted it I knew I had to pick it up and check it.

My first decent SLR was a used Chinon CE-4. The build quality was nowhere near as good as a Nikon's but the accessories were affordable.

Enough oxy for a shot. And some chlormethiazole spare, just a couple of caps (anticonvulsant/powerfl sedative and anxiolytic). Just what I needed today before getting on the phone to the bank to try and get them to cancel some charges.

Got a really decent advisor on the phone, who not only wrote off some £50 worth of unfair charges, but also prevented ANY charges being able to be applied to my account for six months, AND put a special notice on my account of some kind that allows me to walk into a branch and take out a tenner, after she heard that I had put my benefit christmas bonus of that sum in to pay the original debt. She sounded like she really sympathized with my shitty situation, after getting jacked recently, and thus left unable to pay in what I needed to that day (lost 40 quid, which was partly to pay a withdrawal, and the rest was to eat until this coming monday.) And finding out the money I did pay it with was my xmas bonus, she made sure that I GET that bonus in cold hard spendable cash as well as writing off the debt and charges.

Didn't need the windfall find of anti-anxiety pills as it turned out. But at least it will make sure I get a really good nights sleep :)
Beyond the pale. Way, way beyond the pale.

Yesterday, a dead mouse in a coffee I had not finished in my shed workshop   It had climbed in the hole in the lid and couldn't get out :zombiefuck:

Are you the kind of guy who drinks coffee of the day before?

Imagine this happening to CBC with the coffee she takes home. Drowsy morning stumble, a sip, a tail, a scream.

I can do upside down chocolate moo things!
