Most. I cant remember if i had the antibiotics or not so im just going to wait until tomorrow for those.

  for my immune system, and an L-Lysine tablet to knock out my cold sore.  :insane:

I left them at home by accident and suffered the consequences.  Major sleep crash at 11 a.m. and achey knee.  Will take them as soon as I finish lunch.
