Argh! Not sure! I took one out and then realized I needed to arrange the afternoon dose.
Found a good pill minder for my keychain and installed it.

Then couldn't remember if I had taken one of those.
Technically I could take another a little earlier and then one at 4:30 since I was on that much in the past but I think I will just wait for the alarm on my watch to go off.

clearly missed a dose - maybe two. not sleeping tonight. I was pretty sure about the afternoon dose until now.

afternoon yes, morning not sure.
things fall apart very easily for me.

i have a bazillion pill minders and none of them work for me (first of all i'd need to know where they were...)

and today's shot was one of the least painful. it helped...man, that mouse seems really trapped - it keeps running back and forth on the shelf. Maybe it's in a panic.
