The first over the counter melatonin sold here was in 0.1 mg pills. Advice 2 pills every evening. But for some effect, a lot more was needed.
Now they sell it in 2 and 5 mg doses.

Actually took afternoon meds (just dexamphetamine) an hour ago. Usually I forget them if I am out and about.

I too them.  However my b'fast must have been too something or the other because I crash-slept after it despite my diabetes medicine.  Odd because it's a b'fast I've had before - chicken fried steak and gravy, toast, hash browns and 2 eggs. Time for some serious changes on my part.
