Totally done.  The Doctor was concerned about my heart rate with it and was ready to prescribe a low dose beta blocker to go with it.  After Amber told us that Concerta was making her anxious and deciding to get off the stuff, I decided I would rather remove a med than add another.  Daughter leads by example.  My attention span has been a tad better since I began yoga and meditating a few years ago.

When I crashed, last year, I had to resort to beta blockers. Ritalin was out of the question.

Should have taken the occasional Ritalin. I was home later than I wanted. But I desperately need some structure in my head, because of all the tasks that still need doing today.

Over an hour late. Think I'll still go for it.

Just took an extra high dosage of melatonin. I will make sure that I get sleepy soon. Did sleep way too little the past few nights.

No meds yet.

I bought melatonin in the US in August to see if it would help me with the jet lag after getting back. Surprisingly it did help.
