Did not take methylphenidate  for a very long time.
Did take it now bit after noon. It is nice to feel my mind clearing up. Think I will need to obediently take it for a few weeks now. Will help.
Almost getting teary, because of the clarity. Weird. Did not have that happening before. Not bad though. And not really emo.
