Yes, taking afternoon Ritalin again since a few days.
I'm getting some kind of sleep rhythm again because of it.
Was completely wrecked because of the time change.
I had been scatterbrained for weeks too, so it was about time I took this again. Keep forgetting the noon dosage though.

I took Ritalin yesterday, for the first time in weeks. OMG what a difference it made. Maybe I shouldn't have stopped.

I use it weeks in a row, and then take a break again till I get really stuck in daily life again, with disorganisation, procrastination and scattered brains.
