Took the first of the co-codamol I got from my GP 3.5 hours ago, but it doesn't seem any better than plain paracetamol.  Dosage is 2x 30mg/500mg pills to be taken 4 times a day.

My pills yesterday worked so well I forgot to eat. Bloody Ritalin side effects.

Without Ritalin, forgetting to eat is even more common for me, than with Ritalin.
It's having kids that makes me eat my meals, the way I should.

Took my meds btw.
