It wasn't a good idea to be contrarian on an issue that bordered on the criminal and violated the TOS that I2 has with the server.

Buttcoffee did more than I think he admits to doing now.

He had also posted some bestiality stuff which was deleted before he started this child pornography thread.

Plus Parts talked to him after he started the thread.  He said he would stop and then he broke his word, so he can't say that it was just a joke and he wasn't even warned.  He knew it was a problem but he was just going to keep pushing until he was banned.

Hostgator has more liberal TOS than almost any other host, but they have no sense of humor about child pornography and they would have shut us down over it.

This is pretty much the norm when it comes to hosts, but dumbasses like to pretend that if they're just trolling then it's okay. Worthless idiots without any sense of reality who think other people are willing to get in trouble for them for the lulz. I was hoping the whole "sexually abused children are so funny tee hee hee let's pretend I'm a pedo or post childporn pictures tee hee hee" fad would pass soon. I guess not.

I've seen a lot worse on other forums.

If you read the link, you will see the TOS that were at risk of being impinged upon.

Asking people to recount stories of when they have had sex with children is what he did. I believe he was asked to stop and didn't, hence the ban.

Odeon knows the details of why. I reported it to him as I believed it did.



That's pretty much it. He asked people to recount cp stories, which is clearly against the TOS. Also, he didn't stop, even though he was asked to.

I'm pretty sure he did it on purpose, for the bragging rights.

He asked people to post their child porn stories, which is very much against both the TOS and the laws of both Florida and Texas, because it encourages people to commit a crime (that of posting cp).

I think the host is violating the 1st Amendment though. If I had a shitload of money, I would willingly sue them for it, but I don't. They are the ones that are violating the free speech rights granted in the Bill of Rights.

They're not breaking against anything. They provide a service for which I pay a monthly fee. When accepting their services I also accepted their conditions for them.

More importantly, I very much agree with these particular terms. Child porn is not something I will ever allow here. If you think testing the first amendment (which, by the way, does not concern you since you are not a citizen of the United States) is more important, I suggest you to do it elsewhere.

Lame anyway. Those who fear words know themselves that their cause is unjust, and I'm not talking about child pornography in particular. What did Max Hardcore go to jail for? "Obscenity". According to whom? Some hypocrites in central Florida.
