I was born with a squint (both eyes turned in) and they completely botched fixing it so I had more operations where they tried to fix their mistakes but they never did fix it in the end. I have worn glasses since I was about 4.

That's really a shame, but I've never noticed it in the pics you've posted.

I am so sorry that you had a surgeon that made it difficult to fix by the scar tissue afterwards.

My youngest daughter had a turned eye and we were lucky enough that it was fixed to nearly optimum. You can only notice it now if she's tired at the end of the day and the muscles aren't as strong.

She will probably have to have more surgery later though.

Pretty much the same thing with my eyes. I'm older, though, and so that kind of surgery was not common at all when they did the first three.

Problem is, while the "real" book stores have the advantage of book you can leaf through (always an important part of the decision), the online ones have *everything*.

When I wake (today, but, that's more a technical thing, it will feel like tomorrow) I will have to do my job. And after that will have to attend a party of a group of 8 and 9 year old girls.
