Aber douche is a politician. He isn't crazy he speaks the way the ayatollah expects him to speak.  Iran is governed by religion.

True, it is an Islamic theocracy. Also there is not one ayatollah, but many it is merely a title given to accomplished Usuli Twelver Shia clerics.
