Okay, so I went out and bought a new mic-headphone combo.  A cheap one, actually quite nice sound quality.  And sand Amish paradise poorly into the mic.  I am always thrown by how much higher pitch my voice is than what I hear.  So here is a poorly fashioned(and out of tune) cover of amish paradise: http://www.dark-sanity.com/Geek.wav  (it is a rather huge file because I cant figure out how to export it as an mp3)
