I went a little overboard in my early coffee-drinking days, was having up to 9 cups a day till the palpitations scared me.  :autism:

I had to quit coffee all together about 8 months ago because of this.  I had a coffee maker and grinder and was drinking an entire pot of fresh ground every morning.  It was blissful.  Then the palpitations started up and I finally figured out what they were and stopped coffee (and all caffeine) all together.  Are you saying that you can actually drink the stuff, in moderation, and they don't come back?

I miss coffee badly, but I thought I was dying and don't want to do that again.

I drink it today in moderation, usually just one big cup in the morning (my homemade stuff is STRONG! ) and one or two cups
of the much weaker stuff at work.  I avoid caffeine later in the day, as I have a tendency to get restless legs at night.   :nerd!:

I don't like coffee either and I'm definitely over 30. :green: I love the smell of it, but despise the teaste. Blech. I like tea though and my caffeine go to drink is either coke or pepsi
