At the moment that would be two types of oranges, lemons, and apples. Have got grapefruit juice too, so, would end up somewhat tropical any way.  And could add some squeezed red pepper for that extra bite.  :green:

I am having my evening coffee.  I have a new shipment to enjoy for the near future.

It is fine blend of Costa Rican beans ( sent in from my old music industry "friend"  who retired to the jungle). They come raw, pure red and I roast them on high heat to release the oils, shuffling them several times during the process, until they take on the color of an old, deep bruise - yes they turn a deep blackish purple when they have released their inner oils to the skin.   I then super fine grind them and fill a massive tea ball (I have three gold plated ones up to the task) and steep one cup at a time.

The best coffee I have ever had!
