Water to wash down that Melatonin I took. It tastes horrible and is painful when you don't swallow the pills without water becuase they rise back up in your throat.
It's like dust bombs are coming out of your esophagus.

  :lol:  Talisker scotch, smoky tarry lapsang souchong type of whiskey.  Very smooth and perfect for the type of weather we're having.  Makes me feel like I'm living in northern Scotland!   Except I can't hear bagpipes and eat haggis!
