4tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 3tsp of cayenne pepper,  needs nutmeg and black pepper.

That's probably a good reason not to drink. I've cut down a fair bit myself, I only have more than a couple now on a weekend, and two or three totally beer free evenings.  :angel:

You can do better.  Its recommended men not consume more than 2 drinks per day, and women 1.  At least two days should be drink free.
I have drank wine before, it was gross.  Green teas was gross at first to, but I got used to it.  I remember the time I would not eat a carrot, now I will eat the whole god damn 1lb package.  Too much alcohol makes the brain shrink, depletes the body of nutrients to.  Your on your way, that is good your doing what you are 8) Beer has barley malt in it, I am allergic to that.  Last time I checked, those foods caused exaggerated appetites for me.  I threw up on my birthday eating speghtti, all over my bed.

Pretty kick ass for $5.49 a 6er.
