Not entirely sure, but it probably is peppermint.  It's from an old bag of chocolate I found while clearing up.  Had it with some leftover biscuits from dinner and apricot preserves.  The preserves were from Dollar Tree by way of Egypt.  Really very good, I bought 12 jars.
