The only things that I can think of that I have bought for myself recently are things like a shower seat, a rubber cast cover, and a pack to attach to the knee walker that I rented.
They aren't presents, they are necessities! Looks like you still have to buy yourself a proper present. :)

I bought myself blue camouflage pants and a Star Trek shirt.

A HD HDD Camcorder for making homemade pornos once I start banging chicks again, which is my number one New Year's resolution!

A bunch of books and discounted iTunes cards to download music.

A Playstation 3 for watching my HD pornos once I start filming in the New year.
Crazy, I'm halfway to crazy
Suicide would waste me
Homicide would break me
Tongue tied and tied to the tongue
Tongue tied and tied to the tongue
Oh, is life as bad as dreams
I guess that's just the way it seems

For gosh sakes, Trig, don't  tell the lasses that you're filming in HD! You know how girls are. They get soooo self-conscious about lots of things. Placement and quality of tats and piercings; the efficacy of their latest waxing job; how their hair colour looks on camera. You know, those  sorts of things.

Phlexor, I read out your post to my kids, and they were groaning with envy right up to the mention of the 50-inch plasma. Then the groans turned to laughter and they said, "Now he's just showing off."

I got myself the Terminator Salvation 2-disc edition with bonus t-shirt, but haven't watched the movie yet because my older boy is playing the shit out of Trauma Center: Second Opinion for the Wii, and that uses the biggest screen we've got.   [/pout]

Hehe, tell them that the older you get, the bigger the toys get. The 50" was a family present last xmas.

Yeah I have both those Trauma Centre games for the Wii and they are pretty cool, something different in gaming at least (plus me and the wife watch the shit out of ER, so the medical thing is cool).

George:I'd say I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not. I excel at not giving a shit. Experience has taught me that interest begets expectation, and expectation beget disappointment, so the key to avoiding disappointment is to avoid interest. A equals B equals C Equals A, or whatever. I also don't have a lot of interest in being a good person or a bad person. From what I can tell, either way, you're screwed. Bad people are punished by society's laws, and good people are punished by Murphy's Law

Nothing, except making a real effort to get a X-mas bread.
It's not in our tradition to put gifts under the Christmas tree.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!

What's Chanel No. 5 like? Easy on the senses for people who are perfume picky?

I think it smells nice, kind of a subtle blend between musk and flowers like roses, jasmine, and lily of the valley.

You could probably get a sample from a department store perfume counter if you want to try it out.

Hmmm, may like it then...

I'll try and remember to get a whiff of some next time I'm passing through a department store (provided I'm able to stand the general stench of the perfume department long enough to try out the Chanel No. 5). Every time I go through those departments, I think of Mr. Bean crawling on his belly through the store with his tie up to his nose.

Yes it's good... but the amount of frustration it causes... *shudders*

Existence actually has two broad meanings despite its apparent meaningless. The constant reconciliation of all its parts, and the conservation of any closed system as a whole.

Morality can be extrapolated from these meanings to make these two commandments of godless morality: 1). Be in harmony with one another and 2). Care for the environment.
