Obvisouly not sleeping, which I should.  I don't know what I am doing when I am like that.  Shower then :wanker: just so I rest without any disruption then sleep before work.

I struggle with even the easiest stuff when I need some sleep sometimes so I understand.  Hopefully you'll have time for a nap before you have to leave for work.

Hyperactivity ceasing.  That is a good sign and its not from meds, its from sleep.   Its going to take extra effort to be nasty.

Not being annoying or mean.

Not much can interupt my sleep, even nightmare,  but I guess if I am that horny it will wake me up.  I guess I don't like to make a mess.
