Shitting! Grr, how can anyone eat a 2 bananas, 2 pears and a load of melon and get bunged up?

Bananas can be very constipating for some people.
Pears are good, and you could try higher fiber fruit, like raisins, prunes, cherries, apricots, plums, nectarines and citrus fruits.
