Yay! Hyke is my favourite Friday night date :green:

I'm going to have dinner with the kiddos and then when the ex comes over to be on kid duty I've got to pop over to the LCBO and buy my wine. I haven't had goat cheese in months. I'm hoping they have the one with dill and the one with cranberries. It's yummy!

Alas, no goat cheese for me, has been months now too. Never had goat cheese with cranberries, but the thought gets me drooling. Will ask the local goat cheese farmer if she has ever made that.

Just made myself a little plate, with an Emmentaler clone, Friesian cheese with cloves and a remnant of Danish Blue. Will do nicely for tonight.

I'd go with your choice of white wines when from the northern hemisphere.
Like red only when it comes from the Southern part of the world. For the rest, it has to be white or maybe a blush.
