It was ten:seventeen when I felt the pressure change from a door opening in the house. I knew it was the whole door, not just the pet door. My wife has the rest of the day off and we had exactly two hours before our kindergartener came home. We didn't wait 'til nightfall. She is sleeping soundly, now and I'm entertaining our daughter between feeble post whoring attempts, with a smile on my face.
