Just came in from a walk with monkeyboy to help him figure out some things going on in his head. Hoping for a quiet day and that he makes it to gymnastics class. I think the physical work will help bring down his energy level.

I'm looking for a nice recipe for a/o how to prepare a lemon sole (a flatfish) dish at the moment.

Just talked to my local MP who is going door to door due to the elections coming up and said it was okay to put a sign up on my lawn as I am a hardcore Liberal. But I suspect the ex is running him down in his car right now to say that he won't allow a sign. He's not too happy with me that I said okay and I knew he would feel that way  :green:
