Writing another email to the jobcentre. Those bastards keep coming up with excuse after excuse to not give me any money, and now they doubt I was able to work at all whilst on Jobseekers. I can't believe it, and also there's no certainty I'm entitled to the new benefit (ESA) I'm on. I'm so angry!

Did something similar, though with the luxury that my income is not on the line.

I'm 'already' making a pasta dish (at 4 in the afternoon). The pan is on the stove, the content's slowly simmering now. (in two hours I haz a nice meal again)

Yeah. Um, more 7-ish PM is supper time here but this dish 'likes' to simmer for a couple of hours. It's common practise in Italy too. Big mammas letting the pasta sauce slowly 'ripen'.

Sis told me how to make this dish and she's quite brilliant in the kitchen.
