This called for cubed white meat chicken.  Adding beans was optional.  I added mushrooms.  It still needs some doctoring, primarily more chicken flavoring.

Mushrooms are funny though...it seems to me that people either love or hate them! My sister was going to cook a meal for friends,
went to pick out some mushrooms in the supermarket, and her friend who was shopping with her pleaded, "Can't we have it without the fungus?"  :laugh:

I'm not fond of mushrooms, but had picked up some fresh ones the day before.  I tolerate them because they must have some nutrient we need as well as providing fiber.  The Princess Royal helped me cut them up.
