think of it this way, comparing win7 to vista is like comparing win98se to win95, its pretty much the same but they have cleaned up a lot of shit. Networking is still a bit of a hell to find things, the new task bar is interesting, the defrag is annoying as it doesnt show what its doing anymore.

It's an operating system for the masses, it is what it is. You can get the beta for free and a key for it for the next 2 weeks (even though it seems like everyone is getting the same 10 keys). lasts until 1st of august. setting it up was piss easy, found all the drivers online that werent included on the disc.

Just gonna spend the time slowly trying all the usual software I use on it and see how it goes.

It happens, it happens. I used to have a 486 once upon a time. I made up some of the "You know you're in packard hell when.." phrases, but back then it was a great computer. Long story short, I shot it with a shotgun several times when I bought a new one. :evillaugh:

The only problem with Packard Bell PCs and the like were the Windows discs that came with them, they were customised and worked like shit once installed. Use a normal Windows disc and they were fine.

I love winter. I prefer cloudy to sunny any day. I don't like being blinded. And I prefer cold to hot any day. At least if its cold you can stll bundle up and stay warm.
