Hamburger with ketchup, potato chips, Bavarian green beans with spaetzle (or as we call them in the ozymandias household--Barbarian Beans and spittle), followed by M&M"s for dessert.

Breakfast- peanut butter on toast.
Lunch- crackers with Smoked applewood cheese.
Fag replacement snack- a 100g packet of cola bottles spread throughout the day.

Lunch-Brie, cucumber and pickle sandwich.
Dinner-Vegetable soup, corn thins.
Snacks-Banana, apple, grapes, diet choc mousse, small choc bar.

Total... 1200 approx lol
