Try : hanged : without the spaces.

I had to remove the "some" from DirtDawg's "Here's a big plastic bag, some rope and razor blades. Go play on the highway, moron!" so it would fit in the description that appears when you hover your cursor over the smiley.

Welcome, you'll find many some a couple of Hitchhiker fans here.  Can you give us an age range, generalized description, do you work, drive, been arrested much, that sort of thing...  umm, hobby?  Do you have Asperger's?   That should get your post count up past 5 or so.

What, is the online HGG fanbase deteriorating since 2001?  :'(  The first ever forum I joined was a Douglas Adams forum called "floor 42." It was a nice community, but they were all adults based in the UK and I was just a kid from LA at the time, so I was rightfully ignored.

Um, I've got a couple more weeks to be 22 and I'm finishing up college. I used to drive all the time but my car was stolen last week.

"Been arrested much," hmm... I've had 4 run-ins with cops, was arrested once and held at gunpoint once. Doesn't sound that impressive over the internet, but I'm innocent enough looking in person that it always blows people away. It was all for stupid shit though, like breaking curfew and and having some parking attendant tell the cops I was stealing my own car. My best story is having 2 helicopters and 3 cop cars intercept a small film project I was involved in because an old lady across the street called the police on us and said that Osama bin Laden and his men were armed and outside her house. We had plastic army guns from toys-r-us.

I don't know about HHG fans outstide of here, but I found out I had A/S when I was "42", so its been horribly intertwined with MY life at least.  I've read HHG to the Galaxy at least, oh, 5 times (maybe more, I don't do it to make a record, I just find it strikes a cord with me.  I've read some of DNA's other work, but HHGTTG is the best IMO.

What's your degree in?

Sorry about the car.  My daughter's was totalled in Aug. last year.   She's ok, got another car already.

Hmmmm, more later.

 That is both hilarious and kind of scary.

wut? that wasn't anywhere near rightfully. i wouldn't want to hang out with assholes that are that exclusive anyway. where someone is from or how old they are is a dumb reason to be rude to somebody. it's like the snobby cheerleading squad in school that pretends you're air just because you're not exactly like them.

but maybe they were so shallow they could only have something in common exteriorwise.
